Riduce la secrezione di prolattina, stimola la produzione dell'ormone luteinizzante e riduce il rilascio dell'ormone fallico stimolante.
Uso terapeutico: sindrome premestruale e mastodinia.
Modalità d'uso
Per la sindrome premestruale: una capsula al giorno nei 10 giorni precedenti le mestruazioni. Si consiglia l'uso continuativo del prodotto per almeno sei mesi con pause non superiori ai due mesi.
Si consiglia inoltre di assumere il prodotto tutti i giorni durante il primo mese, per ottenere un beneficio in breve tempo.
Per mastodinie: una capsula al giorno per almeno due mesi.
Componenti
Estratto standardizzato di vitex agnus castus.
Il farmaco di partenza è costituito da frutti maturi. L'estratto è caratterizzato da flavonoidi come casticina, isoorientina, vitexina e isovitexina e glucosidi iridoidi come aucubina e agnoside. L'estratto agisce a livello del lobo anteriore dell'ipofisi provocando un mite globale.
